Shipping and Delivery Policy

While we endeavour to ensure that your package arrives in good time in excellent condition ,we cannot guarantee timing as we use third party courier companies. All parcels are insured for full replacement. In the case of out-of-stock a full refund will be given.

Minor label and/or packaging scuff is impossible to avoid in every instance. We request that customers have realistic expectations in this regard.

Some pics may show older packaging. Please check if this makes any difference to your purchase decision.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping options and exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia, and the priority option you may have chosen.

Australia Post is used by World of Whisky to deliver goods Australia-wide. We may also use courier services as and when necessary.

We will only ship internationally if you make the arrangements and bear all costs and all risk.

Deliveries will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. If this address proves to have been provided incorrectly by you, the goods will be returned to us, and once the correct address has been provided, shipped again at an additional cost to you.

An insurance option for goods to be shipped is offered at checkout at an additional cost to you. This cost is specified and calculated before the order is finalised. If you choose not to purchase insurance, World of Whisky takes no responsibility for the state of the goods once they are dispatched from our depot.

The person receiving the goods at your premises must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age by means of a valid drivers license, passport or other accepted form of ID may be requested by the deliverer.
A signature is required for all deliveries to be effected. If nobody 18 years of age or older is available at the time of delivery, the goods will be delivered to your local Australia Post branch, and a note left to notify you of this. If the goods are not collected from Australia Post within 7 days they will be returned to World of Whisky.
