Refund and Returns Policy
The World of Whisky strives to ensure that our customers are completely happy with their purchases. If you receive a product that you are not entirely happy with, or that you feel was misleading in the way it was portrayed on the website, we will gladly accept it as a return, provided it has not been opened, or that the seal has not been tampered with, and it is in the original undamaged packaging.
Goods being returned are done so at the cost of the purchaser, and will be either refunded, exchanged or your account credited, excluding the cost of the original delivery.
If insurance cover has been purchased by you for your goods, and they are found to be damaged upon receipt, these goods will be replaced at no additional cost to you, and dispatched once the damaged goods have been returned to us.
If a general tasting event has been booked and you are unable to attend that session, we can transfer your booking to an alternative scheduled tasting of the same kind if we are notified at least 24 hours before the event. These are also transferable to another party. If in any doubt, please contact the shop on 93624212 to confirm.
If it is for a specified Brand or Themed tasting then there is no refund upon cancellation although these bookings can be transferred to another party.
For all tastings, if there is a no-show then all vouchers/tickets/bookings will be forfeit.
World of Whisky reserves the right to cancel any tastings due to low ticket sales. You will get a refund if purchased in-store or on-line through the website. Any coupon deals will be re-scheduled only.
This website operates under the Liquor Licensing Act of 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
