This release from the Harmony Collection coincides with Macallan's 200th anniversary and highlights their meticulous wood management. The spirit has been matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks.

This specific wood policy steers the profile away from the dark fruits typical of European oak, showcasing instead the vanilla, citrus and sweet oak derived from the American timber. At 44.2% ABV, the nose is bright with lime zest and vanilla bean.

The palate follows with a creamy texture reminiscent of panna cotta and shortbread, supported by toasted coconut. The finish is medium and sweet, driven by the American oak influence.
