Ryelaw is a single distillery Scotch whisky made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley.
The name comes from the nearby Ryelaw farm.
The rye gives this whisky a peppery spiciness, while the maturation in new charred oak adds layers of vanilla sweetness and mature oakiness.
